We had Mahi Mahi, sauted green beans, and a side salad for dinner. I was a pretty large dinner too.
Seriously, right after I was done, I got hungry again!!
I don't know what's causing it. I thought it might be because I wasn't getting the amount of carbs that I used to, but it was suggested that I'm actually not getting enough protein.
I'm using the site dailyburn.com to keep track of what I'm eating (not for calories but for the other stuff), and it says I've had 124g of protein today. That sounds like a lot to me, but if it's not, guess I'll have to eat more meat or something lol.
I did have a small craving for dessert after dinner. Not really something bad sugary, but just some fruit. I'm going to have some strawberries tomorrow though! Oh yes... I am lol.
I'm not craving any carbs though which I'm really shocked about.
The Mahi Mahi was actually supposed to be salmon but DAMN is salmon expensive! The mahi mahi was on sale so we just got that instead heh.
I just cooked it as the book instructed (and added more seasoning b/c I wasn't sure if this fish was one of those really fishy tasting ones).
Greased a baking dish w/ coconut oil. Placed the fish skin side down on it. Sprinkled with sea salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic powder.
Baked it at 350 for 25mins. They were partially frozen when I started to cook them so they took longer to finish.
The green beans, I used 1tbs of coconut oil and sauted on medium high heat for 25mins. I think some of the larger ones could've used some more time though. While cooking, I sprinkled with a generous amount of pepper. And after they were done, used some seasoning salt (no sugar in it, woo! heh).
I am really going to have to start reducing my salt intake. I'm already using a lot less than I normally would, but damnit, I love salty food!

I find it impossible to cut back on salt especially during AF's visit. I couldn't live without some kind of salty snack then! :-)
