Didn't think drinking that soda would do any harm....it's sugar free and doesn't have THAT much sodium in it.
Well ya know what it did? It made me EXTREMELY hungry after dinner. I thought it was just me needing more protein, so I had a piece of ham. When that didn't work, I had a boiled egg. I stopped there before I devoured everything in the fridge. I'm STILL feeling hungry and I know it's b/c of that damn soda I just HAD to have. UGH.
I was thinking I may have one every week, but no way if this is how it's going to make me feel after drinking it. MAYBE once a month after this 30 days is up. I just can't believe how hungry it is making me.
