2nd night in a row that I haven't slept well. I don't know what the hell is wrong, but I want sleep. I wnt a good night's rest damnit!!
My body feel so achey and drained right now. No exercise today. After I rest a bit (and hopefully fall asleep), I'm gonna go out and de-weed the garden. That will be my exercise for today b/c damn are there a lot.
I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with my carb intake during dinner? Last night's dinner was pretty bad. Rice cakes with fish cakes. Previous night wasn't as bad, but I still had more than what I had been eating.
Going to reduce the carb in take with today's dinner and see if I sleep better. If I do, will try it another night and see if it continues.
